Informotion recognised in two ISG Microsoft partner ecosystem quadrants
Sydney Microsoft Cloud and AI specialist Informotion was named a Contender in two ISG Provider Lens quadrants, alongside the largest global integrators.

Informotion, a Sydney-based Microsoft Cloud and AI specialist, has been recognised in two quadrants of ISG's Provider Lens Microsoft AI and Cloud Ecosystem report for 2026, placing a focused Australian partner alongside some of the largest consulting and technology firms in the world.
Two quadrants, one specialist
Informotion was named a Contender in:
- Azure Data Transformation and AI Services
- Microsoft Productivity and Business Process Services
It is one of a small group of providers recognised in both categories, sitting alongside global firms such as Accenture, Avanade, Capgemini and TCS.
Why ISG recognised Informotion
Informotion was founded in 2013 with deep roots in records, information and data management, and works with government, financial services, education, utilities and pharmaceutical organisations. ISG highlighted the strengths that come from that background: fixing the data problems that stall AI projects, carrying records through to AI agents, accelerators for regulated workflows, and senior-led delivery.
The team behind it includes Microsoft MVPs and FastTrack-recognised architects, with specialists across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure AI. ISG's lead analyst, Siddharth Idnani, singled out that breadth of Microsoft expertise and Informotion's capability in highly regulated sectors, describing it as a strong choice for mid-market, corporate and regulated enterprises.
A milestone for a focused partner
Informotion CEO Shane Parsons described the recognition as "a significant milestone for Informotion", noting that some of the firms in the same quadrants employ hundreds of thousands of people. For a specialist partner, being assessed on the same terms is a clear signal to customers who want deep expertise without giving up enterprise-grade delivery.
