UBE Marketing

Big ideas. One B2B marketing team.

Choose the services you need, or combine them in a 12-month Growth or Scale program. Either way you get one team, one plan and one monthly fee.

Your marketing team, or more hands for the one you have

Some clients have no marketer yet. Others have a strong head of marketing who needs capacity. We fit either way, so your people can focus on strategy, customers and growth.

Be your marketing team

For founders, CEOs and sales leaders without a marketer, or with one stretched across everything.

  • A complete team from day one: strategy, content, design, marketing technology and events
  • A 12-month plan, run and reported for you
  • No recruiting, onboarding or covering leave

Extend your marketing team

For heads of marketing who know what to do but don't have the hands to do it all.

  • We take on execution: campaigns, events, content, email and social
  • Your team keeps strategy, stakeholders and the big decisions
  • Extra capacity and specialists (design, martech, PR) without new headcount

Questions about working with UBE

What is an extended marketing team?

An extended marketing team is an agency that works as part of your business rather than on one-off projects. UBE Marketing plans and runs your marketing month after month, either as your whole marketing team or alongside your in-house marketers to add capacity and specialist skills.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

Yes, and it's one of the most common ways we work. Your team keeps strategy, stakeholders and priorities; we take on execution such as campaigns, events, content, email, social and design. We meet weekly so everyone stays aligned and nothing is duplicated.

We don't have a marketer. Can UBE be our marketing team?

Yes. Many clients start with no marketing team, or with a founder or sales leader doing marketing on the side. We provide strategy, content, design, marketing technology and events as one team under one monthly fee.

Why is the program 12 months?

Brands are built on trust, and trust is built through consistency. Twelve months gives time to lay foundations, build momentum, earn proof such as case studies and awards, and then scale what works. It also lines up with Microsoft's July to June financial year.

What's included in a typical quarter?

Every plan is tailored, but a typical quarter includes weekly alignment meetings, three blogs or case studies, three newsletters, twelve social posts, three PR activities and at least one lead nurture campaign with a landing page, form, segmentation and automated email journey.

Who will work on our account?

A shared team led by our founder: a marketing specialist, a marketing technology lead and a graphic designer, with PR, events and advertising specialists brought in as your plan needs them.

What happens in the first 90 days?

We onboard: product and services training, stakeholder meetings, research into your customers and competitors, and a 12-month plan. The first campaigns, content and assets go live in this period, so you see momentum early.

How do you report on results?

We meet weekly to plan and review, and report each quarter on the measures agreed at the start, such as pipeline, leads, event attendance, engagement and coverage, with recommendations for the next quarter.

Can the scope change during the year?

Yes. New requests are handled as ad hoc requests and agreed in planning meetings. Depending on priority, they can replace, move or add to planned deliverables, so the plan keeps up with your business.

What isn't included in the fee?

Media spend, venue hire, catering, audio-visual equipment and other third-party costs are billed separately so you can see exactly where the money goes. Media coverage can't be guaranteed because editors decide what runs.

Which platforms do you work with?

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Salesforce and Mailchimp for email and automation; WordPress, Wix and Squarespace for websites; LinkedIn and Meta for advertising; and Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for design.

Do you only work with Microsoft partners?

No. Microsoft partner marketing is our core expertise, but we also work with SaaS and AI companies, not-for-profits, small and medium businesses, consumer brands and event organisers.
