Founder & CEO
Alvin Paronda, Founder & CEO of UBE Marketing, has worked across B2C and B2B marketing, most recently as Director of Marketing and part of the senior leadership team at Barhead, a Microsoft partner acquired by Akkodis. He leads strategy and client relationships from our Sydney HQ, for clients across Australia and APAC.
His career includes work with Cosmopolitan, Elle, Town & Country, Preview and FHM, and with Samsung and Apple through his telecommunications work. At Barhead, he grew the company's LinkedIn following from zero to 20,000 organically and created 33 customer case studies.

Ube is the purple yam at the heart of Filipino desserts, now loved around the world. Our founder grew up with it before building a marketing career in Sydney, and it gives our brand its colour, warmth and story.
