Launch Kit and small business plan terms

These terms apply when you buy the Launch Kit or an Always On or Always On Plus plan from UBE Marketing Pty Ltd (ACN 685 077 338) ("UBE Marketing", "we", "us"). By paying, you agree to them. Our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. The Launch Kit

The Launch Kit is a one-off package. It includes:

  • a website audit with written advice on ranking on Google and showing up in AI search tools such as ChatGPT
  • set-up of your LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram business pages, with banners, profile images, bios and starter content
  • set-up or tidy-up of your Google Business Profile, where your business is eligible for one
  • a brand book covering a tidy-up of your existing logo, colours, fonts, an email signature, and business card and letterhead mockups
  • one branded email you can send to your customers
  • 8 social post designs you can edit and post yourself in Canva

A logo tidy-up means cleaning up and preparing your existing logo for use online. It does not include designing a new logo. Website builds, new logos, printing, paid advertising and anything not listed above are not included, and we can quote for them separately.

2. Price and payment

The Launch Kit has an introductory price of AUD 2,990 plus GST for our first 20 clients. After that, the price is AUD 5,000 plus GST. The price you pay is the price shown when you pay.

The Launch Kit is paid in full, upfront, by card through our secure payment link. We start work once payment is received.

3. Timing

We aim to deliver the Launch Kit within about two weeks. The two weeks start once we have received everything we need from you, including your completed getting-started form, your logo files and access to your accounts.

If we haven't heard from you for 30 days after we've asked for something we need, we may deliver what we can with what we have and treat the Launch Kit as complete.

4. Changes

Each Launch Kit item includes one round of changes. Further changes, or new work outside the list above, can be quoted separately.

5. Your accounts and ownership

Your social media pages, Google Business Profile and email tools are set up under your own accounts, with you as the owner. We ask to be added as an admin or partner so we can do the work, and you can remove our access at any time.

Once you have paid in full, the brand book, designs and written content we create for you are yours to use for your business. Canva templates are subject to Canva's own terms, and some elements, such as stock images or fonts, may have their own licence terms.

6. What you're responsible for

You're responsible for giving us accurate information, for having the rights to any logos, images and content you send us, and for checking and approving work before it's published.

7. Results

We set up and improve the things Google and AI search tools look at, and we give you clear advice. We can't guarantee any particular ranking, number of enquiries or sales, because these depend on many things outside our control.

8. Always On and Always On Plus plans

Our monthly plans are only available after your Launch Kit is complete.

  • Always On is AUD 990 plus GST a month and includes 2 social posts a week, 1 email to your customers a month, 1 blog a month and a monthly social media report.
  • Always On Plus is AUD 2,490 plus GST a month and includes everything in Always On, plus 1 standout piece a month (a short video, motion graphic or carousel), 2 blogs a month instead of 1, a 3-email series to turn enquiries into sales, a review and rewrite of your home page, and a quarterly strategy session.

Each plan has a minimum term of 3 months and is billed monthly in advance. After the minimum term, the plan continues month to month until you or we give 30 days' written notice. Unused content does not roll over to the next month.

We send you each month's content to approve. If we haven't heard back within 48 hours, we may publish it using your approved templates and brand book.

9. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel the Launch Kit before we start work, we'll refund what you paid in full. Once work has started, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill.
